Vita Lenta

Selected by Float Magazine to be shared as part of a project in highlighting young talents, Vita Lenta is a visual narration of how I have experienced quarantine during Covid-19 emergency. Reclusion has been a chance to observe, in a very real sense.

We are surrounded by so many elements to which we don't even pay attention, as we easily get used to what looks ordinary, but approaching them with different eyes can lead to a completely new perspective.

In a dilated time all we can focus on are the same objects and gestures over and over, so we gradually start to notice aspects that were always left out during the normal routine.

Every line, every shade has a hidden beauty that can only be discovered if all the rush is annihilated: we finally experience the infinite grace of slowness and simplicity.
